Do I need to meet targets to ensure payment?

Not as Gold or Platinum Partners for
Tier 1 Direct Sales. Bonus Payments to Platinum Partners for Tiers below Diamond level will be subject to the criteria outlined in the Agreement.

 

What is the cutoff date for orders to qualify for commission?

The cutoff date for orders to qualify for payment of commission/bonus is the last day of the month. The payment for an order must have been received in our account or we have received notification it is cleared by the last day of the month to qualify for that month’s calculation.

Where and when are details of my earnings found?

The commission and bonus calculations showing you’re earning for the month will be displayed by the 15th of the following month in your wallet on your personal partner dashboard or in the partners area of the app.

 

What is the minimum Qualifying amount I must have in my wallet before I can withdraw it and receive payment?

There is no minimum qualifying amount that you need to have in your wallet to receive payment. If you are a partner from India, every 10th day of the month, money will be transferred into your PayTM wallet.

How do I request payment from my Wallet?

Partners must notify us between 15-20th of the month if they wish to withdraw their funds that month via the system. However, for partners who have registered in India, there is no payout request as money is automatically transferred into their PayTM wallet. This is subject to their KYC details being approved.

Do I need to upload my Proof of Identify before I can receive payment?

Yes, the first time you request a payment from your Wallet, you must upload your KYCs. For India, the minimum requirement is to upload a copy of both sides of your Aadhaar Card.

 

How do I upload my Proof of Identity?

You can upload your Proof of Identity via the Partners section of your App. You can snap a photo of both sides of the card, and upload it following the instructions inside the App.

 

When will payment be made?

Payment will be made from our account on the 20th of the month following sales, but this may take several days to reach your account.

What currency will I receive my payments in?

Payments will be displayed in the partner’s wallets in £ (GBP).Payments will also be made in £ (GBP) If a partner wants to be paid in their local currency they must bear the cost of foreign exchange transfer.
